| What
is the price of the paintings from that link? |
Please
email me the number of the painting you are interested in
purchasing, and I will let you know the size and price options for
the painting. |
| When
do you ship? |
I
usually ship within one week of receiving payment. |
| Do
you send tracking information when the painting is shipped? |
I
always send tracking info through Canada Post the day I ship or
leave your feedback (if the sale is over eBay), so please check
your inbox and junk mail folders for an email from donotreply@canadapost.postescanada.ca (the
Subject will read "Event Notification / Avis d'activité").
If you don't receive the email I can forward it to you again
because I send a copy to myself as well :) |
| Do
you deliver the paintings in person? |
If
you live in the Ottawa area I do delivery my artwork in person
every two weeks. Please contact me if you wish to have this
delivery option. |
| Do
you charge a handling fee? |
I
charge a small handling fee (already included in the shipping
price) for my auctions since I spend much time packaging, and need
to purchase the packaging materials as well. Everything is
professionally packaged to ensure the items get to you safely. |
| When
will my item arrive? |
Since
I live in Canada and most of my customers are from the USA my art
takes a while to get there. My paintings are shipped by
expedited mail and should arrive within 5 - 11 business days
depending on the distance from here. If you need your art
quicker, please email me and I can give you a price quote for
faster shipments. Within Canada it takes less then a week
usually. |
| Can
I pay with a money order/personal check? |
Definitely.
Your invoice will include my address so you can mail your payment
if you prefer using a check, or a money order. Please note
that the painting will not be shipped until the check clears. |
| Could
you paint ... for me? |
Email
me and I will let you know. Each item is different and I
have not turned down many projects so far. I have also
created reproduction work of abstract art before with great
success. |
| Where
do I mail my money order/check? |
I
will send you an email with the invoice and shipping address. |
